All our desserts, artisanal pizzas, pastas, and handcrafted drinks at Pourfact Cafe and More are prepared fresh daily in our open cloud kitchen. Because we handle dairy, nuts, wheat flour, and cocoa, cross-contact may occur during prep. We follow strict hygiene protocols, but cannot guarantee 100% allergen-free items.
We strongly advise guests with severe food allergies or sensitivities to review ingredient details carefully. Please inform our kitchen team of any dietary requirements when placing your order online or through our app so we can take extra care with your items.

Gluten and dairy
Fresh butter, milk, cream, and wheat flour are essential ingredients in our signature brownie tubs, bombolonis, crusty pizzas, and creamy pastas. Cross-contact cannot be fully eliminated despite our segregated prep stations.
When placing an order, please use the order notes field to mention any gluten or dairy intolerances for custom prep adjustments.
Nuts
Tree nuts, hazelnuts, and peanuts are used in several dessert tubs, cookies, and gourmet toppings. If you have severe nut allergies, we advise caution as trace amounts may be present in kitchen facilities.
